Public Enemies

Rodents, crows and pigeons have managed to top list of "public enemies" lately... Actually I dun really notice them very much, but they are apparently quite a nuisance... leading to complaints after complaints and MPs asking questions on how Town Councils carry out enforcement. You birds and rats have also created trouble for me cos I have to provide inputs on you to MEWR...
