i'm actually not as goldfish-faced as i expected myself to be (so i'm relieved) but there's still some swelling (which hopefully wun get worse over next few days...). So the whole surgery was actually surprisingly short; in slightly less than an hour all my 4 wisdom teeth were taken out. it's actually not as painful as i thought it might be lah, but it was still a pretty nasty experience. i HATED the grinding sounds... and unfortunately, as "she has a tiny mouth" the oral surgeon had some problems reaching in.... dun think my mouth is that small but perhaps it's not too 'stretchable' and i can't open it very wide... =P other than that i think it went fine.
am just feeling =( cos wounds refuse to stop bleeding and jaw feels really kinda sore and weak from biting on gauze all day. and of course, got mini 'scolding' from mum upon hearing that i took all 4 out... and should have known better than to have told her that wounds have been bleeding ever since the extraction... oh well. in the end i decided on the spot that i'd rather listen to the doctor (and NEVER have to go through this again) than to listen to mum... =P i hope it wun turn out to be a bad decision....

OMIGOSH!! mints u are so sO SO brave to remove all 4 wisdom tooth at one go!!! wow, i am (honestly)speechless by your "gung-ho-ness"! cos i only removed one of mine out of desperation (cos it was growing out of my gum and affecting the other teeth) and i thought the experience was bad enough. later, the dentist then suggested that i should remove the remaining wisdom teeth and i immediately had a "huh... can dont want, unless it bothers me" type of reaction. so u are really amazing to remove all 4 altogether... but how are u going to eat your meals? u have no side to depend on to chew for the time being.. so poor thing! drink more fresh orange juice to get vitamin c for your gums to recover, and take care!!
erm..... actually i think the horror doesn't increase proportionately with the no. of teeth you take out. i think it's somewhat like a diminishing function. when i went in i also only had intention of taking out 2; but doctor was like so matter-of-factly "we should take out all 4" then i was just thinking if it's really SO SO bad he wouldn't recommend it? so whatever lah; let him do lor. mm i am going to drink stuff/ eat semi-liquid stuff for time being...
