went shopping at pentagon city today. bought 2 pounds of grape tomatoes and prob genetically modified unbelievably huge portabello mushrooms at COSTCO. also bought 3 tops but i hope i'll return them within the next month. prob justified buying everything by my not going anywhere for spring break. really wanted to go up to nyc with my roommie and her sis but then turns out that there isn't really a bus to return on tues morning when jing comes and so i just got too lazy to look for other bus lines. there are really a lot of things here to do if i really bother to look for stuff to do. i will just slack, chill, maybe bake, read for fun and explore more of dc =) if only the cherry blossoms were out this week. they will only be in full bloom mid April or something! discovered that you can take a bike tour round the cherry blossom area near the Potomac... sounds cool but then again not fun to go alone. after the cherry blossom festival next Sat there will be a kite festival! i hope i'll be free enough to go for both! =) watched the Incredibles today finally, 2 days after it came out on dvd, cos my roommate and i share a blockbuster pass and were kiasu enough to go down to the store this morning to grab a copy of it... haha.
i feel really happy for ppl who got what they wanted. hope to hear more good news from my friends in the next month or so =) my favorite song of the week, strangely enough, is Robbie William's 'She's The One' =P
